The American Lung Association State of the Air 2018 report
The American Lung Association has released their 2018 State of Air report grades U.S. counties on harmful ozone (smog) and particle pollution recorded over a three-year period, and details trends for metropolitan areas over the past decade. The report ranks also both the cleanest and most polluted areas in the country. The Austin-Round Rock region ranked as one of the cleanest in the nation for PM2.5 pollution while the region is not listed as the best or worse from Ozone pollution. Read the report.
