2019 Texas Energy Summit

Background: The 2019 Texas Energy Summit is hosted by the Energy Systems Laboratory (ESL). The ESL is a division of the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) and a member of the Texas A&M University System.

This 16th annual educational conference and business expo will provide our attendees the opportunity to engage with industry experts, state and local policy makers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, facility and energy managers, utility and energy service experts, and more in a lively conversation about cleaner air, a better built environment and a new energy economy. The conference rotates annually among the metropolitan air quality regions of Texas addressing issues of local, state and global impact.

Conference Program: The Texas Energy Summit will delve into the various aspects of energy policy and technologies as we continue to provide new and exciting conference offerings for attendees. Our 2019 Steering Committee will select the program topics and speakers, drawing on experts in their fields. The program features one day of pre-conference workshops and two days of conference sessions across specific conference tracks considering the policy, technology or implementation aspects of air quality, energy efficiency, renewable energy and more.

Target Audience: 200+ industry professionals, local and state leaders, government officials and staff, facility managers, utility and energy services resources, business owners, industry experts, researchers, and clean energy and air quality advocates.

Location: The 2019 Texas Energy Summit will be held at the historic Texas State Capitol in Austin, Texas.
